RI&A assesses and escalates reports of misconduct and statutory breaches, reviews funding applications under the Assetless Administration Fund, and helps combat investment scams. The team also issues compliance alerts and contributes to protecting Australian investors through proactive intelligence work.The roleAs a Analyst, You WillAssess and report on misconduct, breach, and statutory reports of moderate complexity.Escalate issues as needed to manage regulatory risk.Support Senior Analysts on complex matters and investigations.Conduct inquiries using internal/external data, liaise with external parties, and apply ASIC''s powers where required.Communicate effectively with the public and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.Undertake legal research and prepare recommendations under relevant legislation.Share knowledge to support team development.Maintain accurate records across internal systems.About YouIn this role, you will take on additional responsibilities as needed, working professionally, positively, and collaboratively as part of ASIC while embodying our core values of Accountability, Professionalism, and Teamwork.
