You will lead operational support activities, manage integration risks, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of key technologies. Your role will involve solution design, development, testing, implementation, and support activities for integration systems.Lead operational support activities, including incident and problem managementManage and communicate integration risks, priorities, and timingsRaise and work through support calls with vendors of supported systemsDesign, develop, test, and promote integration solutions for new or changed requirementsMentor and guide junior team members and external consultantsAbout YouYou are an experienced ICT professional with a strong background in integration platforms and technologies. Your expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex ICT systems, along with your ability to provide operational support and manage integration risks, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
