We have fun and celebrate our success, because success means we can help deliver care to more people experiencing cancer.More about the role:Responsible for gathering, interpreting and applying data, this position will play a key part in helping the Nursing Program achieve the Foundations mission as we take our care to all cancers. As Nursing Program Analyst you will support the Nursing Program team by improving processes, managing data, and creating useful reports and tools. You will work closely with other teams to make sure systems run smoothly and meet business needs.Diving into the detail, your main responsibilities include:Analysis of all Nursing Program core business functions with a view to leading process improvementCollaborating with our main business partners, Finance and IT on delivery of key program requirementsData Stewardship of the program data, including maintaining accurate data, collaborating on changes in data collection and implementation as well as user support and issue escalationTransforming data into accurate and insightful reports and data visualisationsContributing to the development and management of tools for Nursing Program needs as required e.g. needs assessment and headcountPartnering with Nursing Program managers to support Acquittals and Reporting, Contract Management processes and other identified business needsWhat you bring to the role:Our ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in a business or related field, is a clear communicator with strong technical report writing skills and experience working with projects.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with the team across the business is essential to success in this role. Prior experience working in a health- related setting is a bonus but is not essential.From a technical point of view, we are looking for someone who has advanced Excel analysis and data visualisation skills.
