Thats why were creating a workplace and culture where you can truly thrive.Join us and help move Australias heart health and your career forward.Your impact, with usAs our highly valued Registered Nurse Cardiology Outpatient Care, youll use your clinical expertise to deliver patient-focused care in a dynamic outpatient setting.Based at sites around Perth Western Australia, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes for patients with cardiovascular conditions.In this role you will:Work closely with cardiologists, cardiac sonographers, technicians, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated care.Support cardiologists and patients during cardiac testing procedures such as CT Coronary Angiograms and stress echocardiograms (dobutamine and exercise).Monitor patients during procedures, recognizing and managing any adverse reactions promptly.Supervise stress echocardiograms alongside a multidisciplinary team. This includes dynamic ECG monitoring and clinical management of adverse events.Deliver high-quality, protocol-driven care working alongside our cardiologists in structured outpatient clinics.Educate and support patients before, during, and after procedures to improve health literacy and outcomes.Manage patient data collection, validation, and documentation via electronic medical records.What we need you to have:Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.Minimum 5 years experience in cardiology, critical care, or similar nursing role.Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) skills.Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-evolving healthcare environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.A current Australian drivers licence and willingness to travel between metropolitan clinic sites as required.We would also love you to have:Postgraduate qualifications in cardiology, critical care or a related field.Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to complete.Proficiency in IV cannulation or willingness to develop.Experience with electronic health records.Proficiency in both independent and team-oriented work environmentsWhats in it for you:Flexible options for casual/part-time employmentEnjoy a healthy work-life balance with clinic hours exclusively from Monday to FridayWork with a connected, collaborative teamBe part of a brand that values its employees and encourages your growth and overall development in a fast-paced environmentPurchase additional annual leave as part of our annual leave schemeRange of benefits such as 12 weeks'' paid parental leaveEmployee assistance provider Sonder which provides access to holistic health and wellbeing support, including access to 24/7 medical advice (via qualified nurses and midwives)Our employee benefits program, Rewarding your impact, our home of benefits, discounts, rewards and wellbeingThe opportunity to work for one of the most influential healthcare providers pioneering the way forward in innovation for treatments of heart disease.Why Advara HeartCareWere a values-driven organisation where every person matters.
