Rentokil Initial has an exciting opportunity for an organized Sales & Service Administrator working with our Kununurra Pest and Fire services. The ideal candidate will need a high level of communication, sales, and well-developed administrative skills to assist the team based in Kununurra on a full-time basis, working either in Kununurra or from our Darwin Office. The key responsibilities of this position include: Being the first point of customer contact for general pest and fire service inquiries via phone and website Compilation and generation of regular reports and invoicing Providing support to clients in regional and remote locations Ensuring tasks are processed accurately and promptly Managing inventory of office supplies Handling sales and quotes for services provided Drawing up service contracts Processing purchase orders Scheduling technician jobs for efficient client service Planning and scheduling remote and regional service runs across WA and NT Handling inquiries and resolving client issues proactively Supporting the Services and Operations teams to achieve targets The ideal candidate will possess: Valid Australian working rights and residency in Australia Previous administrative or scheduling experience Availability for full-time work High-level problem-solving skills and proactive thinking Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal) Sales experience Adherence to business procedures Effective communication with all business levels and clients Ability to work independently and in a team Tech-savviness with multiple databases High attention to detail and organizational skills Accurate data entry Confidentiality maintenance Ability to work under pressure and multitask Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills If you are a team player with strong administrative skills and seek to join a global organization with growth opportunities, APPLY TODAY.
