In this fast-paced role, youll play a key part in managing our fleet operations while supporting our mission to deliver efficient, sustainable transport and logistics solutions.If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working collaboratively to get the job done, wed love to hear from you!This role will see you enjoy a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will:Coordinate truck scheduling for both internal drivers and external subcontractors across a range of projects.Deliver professional and effective service to customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Support compliance with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.Maintain up-to-date contractor and driver records.Use internal systems and tools to manage scheduling and compliance.Assist with onboarding and induction of new contractors.About you:Youre a strong communicator and team player with a passion for logistics and operational coordination.
