Cater Care is seeking an experienced Catering Manager / Relief Manager to join our team and oversee operations at our site. Your responsibilities will include managing daily catering requirements, ensuring effective management in areas such as: Food Production Menu Planning and Daily Production Dining Room Services Safety, Health, and Environment Customer Service Staff Supervision Compliance Administration and Operation Margins Client Relationship Management Liaising with the Site Manager All about you: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Exceptional administrative and computer/software skills Stable & progressive management experience within a remote environment A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service A motivated, constructive, and professional can-do attitude Resourcefulness, resilience, and enthusiasm Adherence to food & general safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks Pride in personal appearance & hygiene Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather A manual drivers license (preferred) and forklift ticket (highly desirable) How do your skills match this job?
