As Paid Social Media Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our paid social media campaigns across various platforms. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating closely with media, marketing, brand, and design teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.You''ll make impact by:Co-ownership and development of TPGs paid social media channel strategy with the Senior Media Lead, as well as being the main point of contact for Social.Working in a cross-brand function, the Paid Social Media manager will support the acquisition and brand teams for campaign budgeting, planning, execution, and post campaign review.Manages paid social activations in line with overall marketing strategy and media KPIs.Plan, create, and execute paid social campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms.Challenge internal stakeholders with market leading test and learn initiatives that complement and add value to our media strategies.What youll bring:Experience in digital marketing & performance media, with a focus on paid social marketing.Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or similar.High level experience in Paid Social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and more). Knowledge and experience in Organic Social is also beneficial.A proven track record of developing effective campaigns that drive tangible business and commercial outcomes.Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
