IT Business Analyst Finance & Supply ChainWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the delivery of business cases for two strategic initiatives: The role will focus on addressing issues across Category Management, Finance, Procurement (P2P), Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Materials, and Warehouse Management.Your Role & Key Responsibilities Business Analysis:Lead the Discovery and Needs phases to define project scope.Act as the central liaison for stakeholders, identifying inefficiencies, process gaps, and data issues.Develop and maintain initiative-specific documentation, including risk logs and business cases. Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business SMEs to capture requirements and pain points.Deliver compelling business cases or information that drives decision-making. Technical Analysis:Work alongside IT specialists, vendors, and Delivery Managers to diagnose technical root causes and potential solutions.Define business requirements for functional and performance testing, ensuring seamless system integration.Present complex technical data in a clear, accessible format aligned with project goals.What Were Looking For 5+ years Business Analysis experience, including senior/lead-level exposure. Proven track record in technology-enabled transformation projects in Finance and Procurement. Expertise in business case development, investment proposals, and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional skills in facilitation, documentation, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. SAP or similar Finance/Procurement systems experience (highly desirable).Bonus Skills & Qualifications Deep understanding of project delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Previous experience in the Utility sector. Relevant tertiary qualifications (Project Management, IT, Business). Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.
