Thats where you come in. What Youll Be Taking Ownership Of:Responsive Maintenance Action work orders for residential properties under Henderson Asset Management. Quick, clean, and to the standard.Minor Works & Defects Fix and finalise recently completed Endeavour Build homes.Systems & Processes Help design how this division operates: tools, workflows, reporting, contractor engagement, and input into job tracking, allocation and invoicing systems to suit a fast response Maintenance DivisionContractor Oversight When its not in your scope, bring in the right tradies and ensure its done right.Leadership Pathway As the division grows, you''ll be involved in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members. What You WIll need to Bring:Multi-trade experience carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, concreting, glazing, general maintenance.Strong self-management skills you know how to run your own day and own your outcomes.System & Software Acceptance - an awareness or an eagerness to develop and implement a tailored schedule or rates software system for all maintenance activitiesA solutions-first mindset if somethings broken, you fix it.
