We are on track to break records in 2025, scaling at pace, making this the perfect time to join CreditorWatch.Our Purpose Empower Australian businesses to trade confidently with their customers.Our Mission We aim to be number one in our industry by delivering unique data insights and innovative products.Your Role & TeamOur new Product Consult role will work closely with our Sales Team to validate that the correct product version (e.g. Standard or Essentials) is being sold to the customer. This team supports the Sales Team behind the scenes and occasionally provide demos to prospects/ customers.This is a hands-on role that knows the product functionality and limitations in detail. You will be reviewing the CreditorWatch requirements form that customers fill out and provide responses based on the queries coming through.You will work closely with our Product and Operations team on any future or bespoke customer requirements. This role keeps aware of new and planned features of products and aims to be seen by Sales Team as knowledgeable, firm & fair.This is full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office.Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:Review the CW requirements form as filled out by the customer/ prospect and validate that the Standard or Essentials product is suitable.Create detailed Build Requests for the internal build team in accordance with CW requirements formProvide product demonstrationsArticulate benefits of product features to the Sales TeamLiaise internally with Solution Architects or product management team, as applicable, to clarify product capabilities against customers stated objectivesPerform Level 2 Support to qualify product issue vs user Issues; Assist or escalate as appropriateIdentify areas for process improvement and implement solutionsOur ideal candidate3-4 years demonstrated experience with configuring or selling SaaS solutionsHave a thorough understanding of the entire credit onboarding process in order to facilitate recommendations to a customerPrior experience working with digital credit applications will be highly sought afterStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of the Credit Management IndustryExperience working within the Fintech or AccountingExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProject Management or Project Co-ordination experience will be usefulMore than just work Keep Active All employees get a Fitness First Platinum gym membership.
