Reporting directly to the Senior Communications Manager, you will support key stakeholders with the development and delivery of clear, engaging, and purpose-driven Operations and Property focussed communications for internal and external audiences. Additionally, you will take ownership of industry award opportunities and submissions across Catholic Healthcare.Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills combined with your ability to learn quickly, interpret business requirements and deliver effective and efficient outcomes will be essential in this role. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and partner effectively with stakeholders will also contribute significantly to your success.Your days will includeCreating, implementing, and overseeing communication plansDrafting and editing comms, ensuring clarity, tone, and alignment with brand voiceSupporting the development of employee emails, Intranet updates, and messagingTranslation of operational content into accessible, engaging communicationsDeveloping and delivering communications to support new and ongoing property developmentsLiaising with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure messaging is accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder expectationsCoordinating and writing award entries that showcase Catholic Healthcares excellence and achievementsWorking with internal teams to gather information, testimonials and data etc.Ensuring submissions are compelling, on-brand, and meet entry guidelines and deadlines.The ideal candidate will have a curious and solution-focussed mindset, and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
