Youll juggle everything from team training and financial performance to property presentation and resident wellbeingall while keeping your finger on the pulse of what makes Scape special.Heres a taste of what your day could look like:Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing customer service team on-site.Plan and manage staffing to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members.Collaborate with Facilities and Wellness & Hygiene teams to ensure standout presentation and maintenance.Manage arrears and ensure targets are met for collections and operational costs.Own the reporting processtrack property performance and share insights.Partner with the leasing and marketing team to deliver successful campaigns.Help shape and hit revenue goals while keeping an eye on budgets and efficiencies.What Makes You SuccessfulYoure a people person who leads from the frontsomeone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and genuinely cares about creating amazing experiences.
