Program Manager - headspace and Adolescent ServicesEmployer: Gateway HealthThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior mental health clinician looking to prove their leadership capabilities.headspaceis the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples wellbeing (www.headspace.org.au ).This position manages the human and financial resources to deliver the strategic objectives and milestones for the headspace Centre in Albury Wodonga and satellite site in Wangaratta. Working closely with Consortium partners, the Manager will ensure the effective day-to-day management of the headspace Centres, including intake, caseload allocation and work-flow management, staff supervision, financial management, planning and reporting, partnership management and service development and will maintain compliance with the headspace National Trade Mark Licence Agreement and the headspace Model of Integrity Framework. An integral role that also facilitates integration between headspace and other Gateway Health programs to enhance seamless services to clients.ABOUT YOUTo be a successful Gateway Health Leader, you must have a real passion for working with people to help them develop.
