They are looking for an Accountant who can manage complex NDIS financial compliance, monitor budgets for multiple care programs, ensure accurate invoicing and payroll, and oversee funding allocations.Main Responsibilities are-Adhere to accounting and tax standards for recording and maintaining financial transactions.Ensure adherence to NDIS pricing, invoicing, and reporting requirementsProviding inputs for statutory reporting for BAS, Annual reports, ASIC and ATO reportingReconciliation for invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank statements, inventories, line of credit and general ledgers (including sub ledgers)Identifying errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports, and undertaking reviewing, investigating, and correcting actions.Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and undertaking follow-up activities for various departmental budgets, cashflow, audits and reports.Preparing and presenting reports on efficiency increase, cost reduction, profit maximisation Undertake reviews on efficacy of control processes.Providing inputs for management accounting and tax strategies to managements.Accurately process staff wages, tax, and super contributions in line with award standards.Must Have A relevant Bachelors/ Masters QualificationMinimum five years of related experience in accounting fieldAtleast Four year of experience in NDIS related care providing businessSkills Needed Good written and verbal communicationIT literate in Accounting Software and MS OfficeGood eye for detail and discrepanciesProven skills in Accounting and MathematicsReportingSuccessful candidate will be on an annual salary of A$80,000-A$90,000 Plus SuperannuationOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.This job is posted from Workinitiatives platform.Salary: $80000-90000Job Publish: 26-05-2025Job Expire: 25-06-2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
