This includes recruitment, selection, appointment, and onboarding processes. The role also involves managing the international workforce portfolio, supporting attraction, transition, and retention of international candidates, including visa sponsorship and compliance in line with Department of Home Affairs requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners, you''ll play a key role in delivering our award-winning onboarding program and supporting the recruitment of skilled candidates into priority roles across the organization.
