About This RoleOngoing, full time position based in Barwon South West RegionProvide highly developed practice advice, supporting and developing case management staffSalary: $97,955 - $111,142 per annum plus superannuationAbout UsCommunity Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practicesthat reduce reoffendingandconnect individuals toprograms,servicesand community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.About The RoleBased in Geelong or Warrnambool and servicing the Barwon South West region, you will provide highly developed best practice advice, supporting and developing case management staff in the integration of theory and practice. You will support the Manager, Professional Practice and undertake case practice quality audits, providing regular practice forums and education sessions to embed best practices across the region.You will also undertake regular monitoring of regional performance, contributing to the formation of policy and procedures that strengthen case practice and support regional specific workforce development initiatives.We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record in best-practice case management and team development.
