We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager based at our corporate offices in either Picton or Perth, Western Australia. This is an exciting new role, that will provide commercial and contractual expertise throughout the project lifecycle, across our various projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the primary purpose is to contribute to successful commercial outcomes by managing commercial opportunities and risks on our existing and future projects.About YouBachelor''s degree in Law, Business or Finance, or the equivalent experience operating in a senior commercial management roleMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of business development within the WA mining services sectorA leader via influence, with strong negotiation skillsA demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external client relationshipsAdvanced strategic and critical thinkingExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsResponsibilitiesNegotiation & Relationship Management: Engage with clients, customers, and suppliers to secure favourable outcomes and maintain strong partnershipsContract Leadership: Oversee contract negotiations, execution, and management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectivesVariations & Claims Support: Manage and support contract variations and claims processes in alignment with operational and contractual requirements.Commercial Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in - depth financial and commercial assessments to identify new opportunities and improve existing projects.
