Through engineering innovation, collaborative contracting and leading sustainability practices were unlocking opportunities for a better tomorrow.About The RoleWe are seeking talented and driven Communications Advisor to join DTI, working with a dynamic and experienced team committed to delivering excellence. The Communications Advisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality content and managing DT Infrastructures core digital channels. Reporting to the External Communications Manager, the role is responsible for driving content creation across video, written, and visual formats, and for ensuring DT Infrastructures digital presence is active, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business priorities.Key Responsibilities IncludeGrow DT Infrastructures social media presence including a posting schedule, management of LinkedIn and YouTube accounts to ensure a prominent digital presence that is in line with the marketing and communications content strategy and increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.Monitor and update the DT Infrastructure website with relevant content including updates to capability, contact details, news stories and projects in additional to functional pages such as the graduate and procurement pages.Produce and manage video content for LinkedIn, YouTube and internal use (including storyboarding, scripting, interviewing and editing in collaboration with production partners).Contribute to the development and implementation of the external communications strategy, with a strong focus on digital execution and content-led storytelling.Ensure digital content and publishing aligns with the marketing calendar and strategic themes.Preferred Experience/qualificationsBachelors degree or qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages tailored to diverse audiences.Knowledge of some content and publishing tools (e.g. CMS platforms, social media schedulers, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).DTI Culture And BenefitsDTI are a flexible employer, supportive of hybrid working arrangements and work-life balance.Exclusive programs that offer reduced cost private health cover and gym memberships, classes, massages and other wellbeing related treatments.Access to NAWIC membership and events.This exciting role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and to develop your career within a highly successful organisation.DT Infrastructure is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that champions opportunity and respect.
