About the role: We are seeking passionate AINs with experience working with clients to: Provide care tailored to residents'' individualized assessed needs. Report all incidents and changes in resident behavior promptly to RNs. Complete all documentation related to Residents'' Care Plans, ensuring high compliance with relevant processes. Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care. Minimum of 6 months experience as PCA/AIN in residential aged care or home care. NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (MUST). Current First Aid & CPR Certificates. Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts. Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff. Strong passion for working with the elderly. Drivers License and Car.
