Looking towards further growth, we are searching for multiple people to join our diverse team to keep helping build better futures for Australians.Full-Time Permanent Role (38 hours/week).Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays for OT).Day Shift - 6:00am to 2:06pmCompetitive pay rates.Parking onsite.Ongoing training provided.About the roleThe Production / Assembly Workers report to the Factory Manager and is part of the new home frame assembly manufacturing team. The key focus of this role to safely assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists according to drafting plans. More specifically, you will:Work closely with a team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks.Building and assembly using power hand tools safely to a high quality and standard.Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans.Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking.Maintain a clean and organised work environment.About youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
