This may be through personal care, domestic assistance, respite, community access, meal preparation etc. Alongside this, having the responsibility for monitoring a clients progress, reporting any concerns or changes and documenting accurate and relevant information in client files.Your morning might start with an elderly client needing assistance with daily tasks, such as having a shower and preparing breakfast. You may continue to your next client who seeks to move towards greater independence and develop new skills through social support.
