About The Position Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking a part-time Bistro Server to join the team. This role is key to our front-of-house and back-of-house operations in our food court. You will provide outstanding customer service across our Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium, and New Beijing food outlets. Responsibilities include: Providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests Assisting with clearing, cleaning, and scullery duties Operating and balancing tills Food and beverage preparation Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed This position requires availability for split shifts during lunch and dinner service, including Friday nights, weekends, and weekdays with good availability. All candidates progressing to the next stage will need to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks, including a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification, with costs facilitated by The Wests Group. About You You can work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Previous experience in catering operations or fast food chains is desirable. You should have good work ethics, the ability to work in a team, and excellent interpersonal skills. Your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities will help you thrive in this role.
