As our Grampians Home Care program continues to grow, were looking for a compassionate, reliable, and community-minded individual to join our supportive team, servicing Ballarat and surrounding communities.This role offers meaningful work and the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of older people by delivering care with empathy, respect, and a strong person-centred approach.Key ResponsibilitiesHome Care Workers travel between client homes to provide personalised care and support tailored to each individuals needs.Duties may include:Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, and mobility supportCarrying out general household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and tidyingPreparing light meals and supporting safe food storageMaintaining hygiene in kitchens, bathrooms, and shared spacesProviding social support or transport to appointments and community activitiesMonitoring client wellbeing and reporting any concernsSupporting each client in line with their individual preferences, cultural background, and valuesHelping ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and comfortableFor the full list of responsibilities, please refer to the position description below.What Were Looking ForWere seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting older people to live independently at home.
