Autonomy, leadership, and influence over large-scale solar and BESS projects (5MW). A seat at the table helping shape both project delivery and business strategy. The role covers: Overseeing end-to-end design and delivery of commercial and utility-scale solar/BESS projects Leading technical teams across concept, design, construction, and commissioning Working with clients, contractors and suppliers to keep things running smoothly Managing project tendering, documentation, and compliance with Australian standards Keeping systems humming post-installation and ensuring happy, well-serviced clients Developing new business opportunities and driving sustainable growth Youll bring: An electrical engineering or renewables background (degree qualified or equivalent experience) 10 years in solar, energy, or infrastructure projects and a head for both detail and direction Commercial smarts, stakeholder confidence, and a hands-on leadership style Tools of the trade: AutoCAD, Helioscope, Nearmaps, and a solid understanding of CEC and Australian standards A bit of hustle youre comfortable jumping in where needed and keeping momentum high Sound like your kind of role?
