This pivotal role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to architect scalable and secure CRM solutions that drive business success. As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will define the CRM roadmap, integration strategies, and guide development teams through best practices for solution implementation across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation initiatives. Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable CRM solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Define and manage the technical roadmap , including integration architecture , and data migration strategies from legacy platforms to MSCRM. Provide architectural governance and oversight across Dynamics 365 modules Sales, Service, Marketing , and related applications. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture , security standards , and data governance policies. Mentor and guide development teams on configuration, customization, and integration following best practices. Conduct architecture and code reviews, offering recommendations for performance , scalability , and resilience improvements. Liaise with Microsoft and third-party vendors to ensure platform support and solution alignment. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a CRM Solution Architect , ideally within enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects. Deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.). Strong background in solution design , system integration (including Azure , Power Platform , APIs ), and data migration strategies. In-depth understanding of CRM security models , business process flows , and custom workflows . Demonstrated experience operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and associated tools. Excellent communication , presentation , and stakeholder engagement skills. No work visa sponsorship available.
