Large-scale infrastructure project, experience with roads, pavements, ports etc. idealOpportunity to work on a high-profile logistics development, projects up to $100m+Collaborative team environment with exposure to key stakeholders.Join a major infrastructure project as an Interface Project Manager, managing stakeholder interactions and supporting technical design for a high profile logistics project.We are seeking an experienced Interface Project Manager to join a high-profile infrastructure development team based in Sydney CBD or Newcastle. This role will involve managing interactions between multiple teams, stakeholders, and systems during the development phase of a major logistics project.You will be responsible for facilitating communication and negotiations, supporting technical design and engineering functions, and ensuring all project parties meet their commercial and contractual obligations. The role offers the chance to work closely with government bodies, contractors, suppliers, and local communities to deliver successful project outcomes.The ideal candidate will have: Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years experience on large-scale infrastructure projects ideally up to $100m+. Experience with roads, pavements, utilities, ports infrastructure is helpful Client-side experience working with government projects or similar agencies. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders including contractors, regulators, and internal teams. Solid understanding of infrastructure technical standards and engineering design principles. Excellent commercial management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to support budget management and reporting requirements. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the Newcastle office.Desirable attributes include: Experience working regularly from Newcastle office.
