In this dynamic role, youll collaborate with specialists across Learning and Development, People and Culture, Wellbeing, Aboriginal and Torres Strait strategy and Change teams to deliver initiatives aligned with our People Plan. From leadership development and inclusion to talent, succession, and cultural engagement, youll lead programmes that strengthen our workforce capabilities. With a focus on data-driven insights, contemporary best practice, and strategic impact, you''ll play a key role in creating a vibrant, inclusive workplace where people thrive.This is a full time ongoing position working our hybrid arrangement as per our the Flexible working policy.About youYoure a strategic thinker with a people-first approach, bringing deep expertise in organisational development and a track record of delivering impactful initiatives.
