This is a full-time contract role, where the CISO will be embedded on-site at the clients premises, functioning as the de facto Head of Information Security. The ideal candidate will bring strong cybersecurity leadership, governance expertise, and regulatory awareness to drive and elevate the clients overall security posture.Key Responsibilities:Cybersecurity Governance & Policy DevelopmentLead the development and enforcement of security governance frameworks, standards, and policies in line with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Regulatory & Board EngagementAct as the key interface with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders, including reporting and presenting cybersecurity matters to the executive board.Plan, manage, and interpret results from Red Team and Pen Test exercises, and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.Risk Assessment & Stress TestingConduct regular stress testing and cyber risk assessments across systems and infrastructure to identify and address potential threats.Cybersecurity Program ExecutionOversee and support cybersecurity upgrade initiatives, drive continuous improvement in cyber hygiene, and ensure day-to-day operational security activities are effectively managed.Requirements:Minimum 810 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership (CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of InfoSec, etc.)Solid knowledge of PDPA and local regulatory and compliance frameworksExperience working in or with regulated environments or critical infrastructure sectorsStrong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practicesHands-on experience in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Cybersecurity Risk ManagementExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, especially with regulators and board-level executivesAbility to be based on-site at the client location for the duration of the engagementExpatriate candidates are encouraged to apply.
