Youll be the go-to for our CEO and leadership teammanaging priorities, driving efficiencies, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.What Youll DoAct as a gatekeeper and force multiplier for the CEO, handling communications and calendar management across internal and external stakeholdersProvide high-level administrative and secretarial support with discretion and sound judgmentPrepare reports, presentations, proposals, board packs, and investor communicationsDraft independent and accurate meeting minutes for executive, board and committee meetingsCoordinate domestic and international travel, entertainment, events, and logisticsSupport expense management, invoice processing, HR administration and documentationEnsure seamless day-to-day office operations and maintain a paperless filing systemCollaborate with other EAs and team members to uphold an efficient and professional working environmentWho You Are5+ years of Executive Assistant experience (2+ with C-suite, Board or Committee exposure)Bachelor''s degree in business, communications or related field (preferred)Unmatched discretion, integrity, and professionalismNatural communicatorconfident, articulate, and emotionally intelligentMaster multitasker who thrives under pressure and can prioritise seamlesslyA strategic thinker with a can-do attitude and a flair for anticipating needsExperience in finance, banking, or investment banking is essentialAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and digital collaboration toolsAdept at managing travel logistics, preparing documents, and facilitating high-level strategy sessionsAdditional PerksAbove industry standards compensation package including superannuation and benefits.Travel required locally within Sydney.Working days and hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm or as otherwise required outside of these hours as reasonably necessary, including weekends.This role is based in Sydney, Australia.
