In this hybrid role, youll be the go-to Office guru coordinating office logistics and assisting with reporting, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee engagement. To be successful, you will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Department: People & CultureLocation: North SydneyReports to: P&C DirectorType: Permanent/Full-Time 5 days on SiteKEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis includes but is not limited to:Office OperationsOverseeing office facilities, including maintenance and upkeep of kitchen, boardroom and common areas.Ordering and managing office and kitchen supplies and equipment.Managing office events calendar including planning, preparing, executing and office wide communications.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations including maintaining fire warden and first aid requirements.Ensuring security of our offices including administration of building security/access for employees.Processing invoices and managing office budgets.Maintaining administrative procedures and systems.People & Culture TasksSupporting facilitation of P&C processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, asset management, and offboarding as required.Maintaining and updating HRIS system to ensure accurate employee records.Managing schedules, bookings, and meeting arrangements.Coordinating global team meetings, drafting and driving presentation slides.Collecting P&C metrics and preparing monthly Board reporting.Assisting with Audit information requests and ensuring compliance with set procedures.Ad-hoc duties as required.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE TO SUCCEEDExperience in a similar setting either as Office Manager or P&C Coordinator.Demonstrated experience in coordinating administrative operations across various facilities ideally in an international setting.Available to work onsite on a full-time basis.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.Exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task.Proficient in using MS Office. Experience working on an ERP or HRIS system is highly desirable.
