As global leaders in secure transport and logistics, were now seeking a standout Client Services & Brokerage Manager to lead our customs and client services team in Australia.This role is a unique blend of customs expertise, people leadership, and cross-border logistics. Youll be at the helm of a high-performing team, overseeing five direct reports, driving operational excellence, and shaping the customer experience. In this role, youll:Ensure compliance with Australian and international customs regulationsLead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service professionalsProvide clear direction, set performance goals, and support ongoing team developmentResolve complex customer issues with empathy, urgency, and professionalismFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementPartner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service Were looking for someone who has:A current Australian Customs Broker LicenseDemonstrated leadership experience in customer service and logistics settingsA proven ability to inspire, engage, and manage team performanceStrong stakeholder management and critical problem-solving skillsExperience with CargoWise (a plus!)A genuine passion for service, integrity, and operational excellence Why is leadership key in this role?Youll be leading a core team that represents the front line of our client relationships and customs operations.
