SESLHD is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it.The Aboriginal Health Promotion Coordinator will facilitate planning, implementation and evaluation of community led Aboriginal initiatives and delivery of holistic care to Aboriginal people and their families, to improve the health and wellbeing of the local Aboriginal community.This role will provide support and advocacy, through Aboriginal health promotion and a holistic care approach, creating strong partnerships with Aboriginal community- controlled organisations, key stakeholders, and Aboriginal people and their families, to ensure culturally appropriate service delivery, the role will also enhance and strengthen community engagement with Equity and Prevention Services.The BenefitsSalary packaging options that reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home pay!
