The role is supported by a broad range of Centres of Excellence, HR Advisory Services, Borderless Recruitment and Occupational Wellbeing and Safety. HR Branch is focussing on ensuring that our services support the Department of Education''s Equity and Excellence strategy. You will have the opportunity to lead a team during this stage.You will work with the Director, HR Business Partnering as part of the locally based senior HR team to drive the HR agenda of the department.Responsibilities IncludeYou will have responsibility for, but not be limited to:Develop strong partnerships with leaders and customers to provide tailored advice, best practice people management and consultancy services.Lead customer service delivery and strategic objectives in an era of digital transformation and change.Playing a critical role in the organisation in developing an engaged, empowered and flexible workforce with the agility to readily respond to changing imperatives.Providing workforce reporting and analytic insights.Please view the Role Description for a full list of duties.Interested?
