A successful privately owned group of companies, we are looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to play an important role in the business. The position is hands-on, with the ability to take control of the department while reporting directly to the Dealer Principal.In order to be invited for an interview, candidates must have previous Sales Management experience gained within a franchised new vehicle dealership and possess complete knowledge and understanding of all sales aspects of automotive dealership management.This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate with a strong understanding of managing key business drivers and the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff.To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience in dealership management, with the ability to drive total customer satisfaction across the dealership and demonstrate achievement of manufacturer performance targets.
