CSE Crosscom is part of the CSE Global Group of Companies, operating in over 20 countries and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.DutiesIn this opportunity as CSE Receptionist and Sales Administrator your role will work between being a first point of contact for visitors and clients coming into the branch, directing phone inquiries to the most appropriate CSE contact and general administration supporting the Sales and Operations team to create efficiencies in the office. As first point of contact, you will meet and greet customers as they visit, ensuring a welcoming first impression, work with incoming calls to problem solve or direct their call to the most relevant point of contact in a friendly and consistent manner with administrative duties including:Processing cash sales & credit card transactionsLiaise on service orders and generate quotationsMaintain customer files, and databaseBook inductions/courses, flights and accommodationCoordinate mail, incoming and outgoingProcess customer purchase orders.What you need to succeed?Positive team orientated attitude, with a wiliness to help others and roll up your sleavesExcellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the phoneIntermediate MS office skills, (Outlook, Word, Excel).Ideally 2-3 years in an office like environment, either in reception/administration or customer service.Current drivers licenceCert 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software highly desirable.In return CSE can offer you an excellent opportunity to grow your career, with stability and personal development options you will become familiar with all aspects of the business and be encouraged to develop from the team and management.
