If youre passionate about making a positive impact and supporting individuals to live their best lives, wed love for you to join us in supporting our valued clients.In this role, you will lead a regional team dedicated to supporting a diverse workforce in delivering high-quality and efficient disability services within the region. Your focus will be on fostering meaningful relationships to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong professional connections with clients, families, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and business partners, ensuring a collaborative approach to service delivery. This is an opportunity to provide leadership, cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve their full potential.What will I be doing?Work with the Senior Manager of Client Services to review and plan service delivery.Support staff to perform their rolesManage tasks and the response to critical incidents, using existing systems and processes.Coordinate the onboarding of clients, including transition planning and project management.Develop working relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.Embed NDIS practices including Person-Centred Active Support across all eQuality Support sites with consistent and efficient processes in place.Ensure all sites remain compliant with all relevant legislation and service agreements.Work as part of a rotating on-call roster, which involves responding to escalated staff calls.About YouYou are a relationship driven person who is passionate about leading teams to achieve client outcomes within their support budget. You have experience in a similar management role, preferably in disability or community services sectors. You are well connected to disability and allied health services in the Geelong region.EssentialA tertiary qualification in community services or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse workforce.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent personal organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, and a willingness to be flexible.Reliability, honesty, and integrity.Demonstrated ability to problem solve, use initiative, and manage critical incidents.Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.Current First Aid & CPR certificate.Satisfaction of all requirements for working in Australia.Victorian drivers licenseDesirableDisability, Management, Nursing or Allied Health related qualifications.Experience working in a community, residential and/or rehabilitation environment.Experience with high needs clients and behaviours of concern.Awareness of relevant legislation (such as the Disability Act 2006, or the Department of Health and Human Services ISO Standards).Whats In It For YouJoin a collaborative, high-performing organisation where your contributions are truly valued.
