Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life.We''re excited that we are looking to expand our team and we''re on the hunt for a Support Worker Team Lead.RequirementsThe RoleWe''re on the lookout for a highly organised, experienced, reliable, and dedicated Support Worker Team Leader that will be responsible for leading our team of support workers, assisting with training, managing and ensuring staff resourcing is covered across the business.
