Boral is looking for a Technical Support Lead to manage our IT service desk teams across North Ryde, Milton, and Port Melbourne.As the Technical Support Lead, youll oversee a team of 8 service desk professionals, ensuring smooth IT support across multiple locations.Your day will involve:Leading and mentoring the team to boost engagement and performanceManaging service desk operations, including walk-up support, calls, ticketing, and issue resolutionSimplifying processes to improve efficiency and service deliveryEnhancing customer engagement and ensuring fast resolution timesIdentifying staff needs, conducting pulse checks, and fostering developmentHelping roll out a new program (if onboarded before May!)What were looking for:A motivational leader with experience managing IT support teamsStrong skills in process improvement and team engagementThe ability to manage teams across multiple locationsA culture champion who values collaboration, accountability, and innovationThis is a fantastic opportunity to lead, drive change, and uplift a high-performing IT support team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
