Our inhouse designers are influenced by the latest global fashion trends and bring the product to the customer direct from our manufacturers.About The RoleWe''re seeking a hands-on and experienced customer service professional to supervise and support our Sydney CBD-based customer service and warehouse team. This is a full-time, short-term role to cover a parental leave period.Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our retail store teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Youll lead day-to-day customer service operations, ensure timely and accurate communication around product availability and orders, and maintain a high standard of operational efficiency in our warehouse.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Retail SupportManage and respond to enquiries from store teams and customers via digital channelsLead the customer service team and resolve escalated queriesOversee ZenDesk and maintain strong NPS and review ratingsSupport retail operations, including store setups and relocationsGreet and assist visitors at our Sydney CBD head officeWarehouse & InventorySupervise the packing and dispatch of suppliesConduct stock forecasting, approvals, and regular stocktakesManage inter-store transfers and returnsAssist with quality control of incoming orders during peak periodsAbout The PersonQualifications and Experience:Background in customer service, retail operations, or warehouse coordinationStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident in cultivating a positive, team-oriented environmentProficient in Google Sheets or MS ExcelExperience using ZenDesk and Magento (or similar CRM platforms)Optical industry experience is a plusIf you are interested in joining a growing global network of optometry service providers please apply.
