We are recognized for providing the highest level of legal representation and our white-collar crime team is at the forefront of handling complex financial fraud cases including corporate misconduct and regulatory compliance.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and talented lawyer with a minimum of 2 years experience to assist with complex tax and corporate crime regulatory investigations including international criminal law matters as well as white- collar crime, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering and cyber-crime. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of complex, high-profile regulatory and criminal investigations. Initially, the position is for a period of 12 months with the possibility to extend.Provide high quality legal adviceWorking with experts and barristers in complex litigious matters in domestic and cross-border investigations.Drafting legal documents including research and analysis for a range of complex legal issues.Liaising with clients, regulators, and enforcement agencies.Developing and implementing defence strategies for clients facing allegations of financial misconduct.Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals including senior lawyers and partners.The CandidateThe successful applicant will have experience in serious financial crime with large and complex investigations/litigation matters.Minimum of 2 years experience specialising in white-collar crimeStrong understanding of financial regulations and corporate lawAnalytical and inquisitive mind set, strong work ethic, committed and reliableAbility to prioritise work with a team to meet time sensitive deadlinesAbility to analyse and work with large volumes of digital informationCandidate must have full working rights to be consideredTo be considered for this role, please forward a cover letter and CV.
