You''ll lead the end-to-end analysis lifecycle-from understanding current business processes through to delivering comprehensive documentation, driving test planning, and supporting implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and design business processes to support strategic objectivesTranslate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirementsDrive data analysis to inform solution design and business decisionsDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), focusing on procedure-level documentationPlan and execute testing activities, including test cases, scenarios, and defect triageCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and deliveryAbout YouYou''re a highly capable Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in complex financial environments-particularly institutional banking.
