We''re currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support operations at our PGH Bricks site in Bringelly.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a manufacturing or operational environment, has strong systems and admin capability, and enjoys being the go-to support for the site.Full-time or Part-time (School hours Monday Friday) Immediate startThe RoleReporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you''ll play a key role in keeping our site running smoothly managing key admin processes, handling purchasing and payroll tasks, supporting safety documentation, and ensuring everything from WHS records to reporting is up to scratch.You''ll AlsoManage WHS&E documentation and take minutes for safety meetingsGenerate reports and assist with month-end analysisProcess invoices, clear workflows, and manage PO trackingSupport site inventory management, PPE orders and stocktakingAssist with payroll/timecard input and general site admin supportAbout YouYou''re organised, detail-oriented and ready to hit the ground running.
