We are looking for a talented individual to join our FP&A team to drive the delivery of trusted and targeted outcomes, with a focus on improving processes and systems to facilitate scalability of our platform to meet the greater transparency, insights and analytical capability demands from existing and future partnershipsAs a Finance Manager- FP&A you will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and collaborate across key business units, Commercial Finance, Financial Control, and third-party stakeholders to support reporting activities.Your key responsibilities will include:Lead Business Units through planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring completion within deadlines.Ensure timely performance of business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, identifying and escalating opportunities for process improvement.Deliver monthly, half-year, and annual Business Unit reports and other financial reporting in line with deadlines.Prepare reports to monitor key performance drivers and accurate management reports on behalf of Business Units/Divisions.Create accurate and effective communication materials and reports as required.Collaborate closely with TCS to upskill and improve ownership in the delivery of FP&A related activities to deliver trusted and targeted outcomes.Improve existing processes and systems to facilitate scalability of the platform to meet greater transparency, insights, and analytical capability demands from existing and future partnerships.Review Business Unit reports and provide other analysis as necessary as part of the reporting process.Act as the primary relationship owner with Business Unit managers, ensuring reporting requirements are met and queries are responded to in a timely manner.Support the process of benchmarking business performance internally and externally; prepare internal and external benchmark information and generate insights to specific needs to allow decision-making.Contribute to the valuation process and provide technical accounting advice.Ensure understanding of and performance consistent with applicable internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements, as well as internal escalation procedures.Support the identification and development of risks and opportunities related to the business.About YouCA/CPA qualified or equivalent accreditation you will have substantial experience in management reporting, financial accounting, and budgeting/forecasting. You will demonstrate experience within a large, listed group finance team, and/or Top four accounting firm providing financial analysis to support decision-making, and they excel at gathering timely, accurate, and relevant data to draw meaningful conclusions. Your competencies include analysis and reporting, process excellence, collaboration and partnering, planning, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, general accounting and compliance, and information strategy and management. You will possess strong leadership capabilities such as building self-insight reporting, communicating with impact, facilitating customer/community orientation, aligning performance for success, and building internal, external and third-party partnerships.
