Due to company expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist - New Zealand to join our System Business Group in Sydney, reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager - SYS BG.As the Marketing Specialist - New Zealand, you will support New Zealand B2B marketing strategy and execution through various marketing channels and activities including digital, PR & communication, campaigns, events, partner marketing and other ATL or BTL activities.Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:Support in the execution and reporting of commercial marketing activityWork with the B2B Marketing Manager and support the New Zealand Commercial Team with BTL Marketing needsEvent management and execution (ASUS-led, as well as trade/industry)Coordinate the provision of merchandiseCollate campaign results & proof of execution for invoice payments and vendor funding claimsSupport the maintenance and development of New Zealand-specific tools such as Product Guides, as well as internal tools and systems, including Partner Alliance and public websiteQualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / CommunicationMinimum 3 years of working experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar rolesExcellent writing & communication skillsProficiency in full Microsoft Office & G-suiteCan work autonomously and be a great team player at the same timeWillingness to learnWell-organised and ability to meet strict deadlinesAbility to multi-task and work under pressureAbility to communicate effectively with all partiesAbility to manage and build positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants.No recruitment agency please!An attractive package will be offered for the most suitable candidate and high performance will be rewarded accordingly.To apply for this position please send through your resume.
