Based in Melbourne, the 2nd busiest centre for events, this dynamic role is responsible for planning and delivering a wide range of high-impact events, and sponsorship activations across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.Reporting to the Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across the firm to support strategic business development initiatives and deliver professional, engaging events that enhance our brand and client relationships.With the opportunity to lead signature events, key responsibilities include:Planning and executing a high volume of client-facing and internal events, ensuring alignment with strategy and business development goalsManaging all aspects of event logistics, marketing communications, guest lists, and reportingProviding on-site and virtual event support, ensuring excellence in executionCollaborating with stakeholders and the wider marketing team to deliver events that support revenue growthMaintaining high standards of brand integrity across all materialsResearch venues and suppliers, and manage external relationships where neededWorking collaboratively with the national events team to share insights, ideas and capacity.About YouYou will join a supportive, inclusive culture that values creativity, initiative, and continuous learning.With a strong focus on excellence and stakeholder management, you will be known for exceptional stakeholder management skills and an eye for detail.
