This is a casual position offering flexibility, professional development, and the chance to make a genuine impact in your community.What Youll Be DoingLead by example and support participants with personal care, meal prep, medication, and daily livingSupervise and mentor Disability Support Workers, fostering a positive, inclusive team cultureLiaise with families, stakeholders, and clinical leaders to meet client goalsCoordinate rosters with the Operations Manager to ensure quality service deliveryEnsure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and workplace health and safety policiesMaintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and client recordsWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 2 years experience in disability or aged careConfident leadership and mentoring abilitiesStrong understanding of NDIS, Quality & Safeguarding, and WHS principlesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnightsA commitment to person-centered, respectful supportYoull Also NeedCertificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred)Current NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC)Valid First Aid & CPR certificationPolice Check (issued within the last 2 years)Drivers licence and reliable, insured vehicleShortlisted applicants will first be emailed a Pre-Employment Quiz.
