Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$131,340.00/yr - A$147,062.00/yrWe are seeking applications for an experienced and dynamic School Support Consultant to provide leadership and build the capacity of school leaders in delivering high-quality teaching and learning practices.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to system-wide improvement by supporting school leaders in fostering excellence in pedagogy, curriculum, and student outcomes.This is a full-time 12 month fixed term position commencing in January 2026, based in Bunbury.What we can offer youSalary range for this position is J1 to J4 on the CEO salary scale ($131, 340 - $147, 062 per annum) plus superannuation.5 days additional paid leave when the office closed (over Christmas and Easter)Salary packaging in line with our not-for-profit statusFree onsite parkingEmployee assistance program.About the roleSupport school and system initiatives aligned with CECWAs Strategic Initiatives and Quality Catholic Education.Support the Teaching and Learning Directorate strategic focus areas.Work with Religious Education and School Improvement teams to establish a culture of learning innovation and continuous improvement.Support schools to engage with the Vision for Learning and Quality Catholic Learning and Teaching Pedagogies.Work with School Improvement Advisors/Regional Officers to be proactive to the schools needs and support principals and their leadership teams to:Use academic data to monitor and review the schools Catholic School Improvement PlanKey skills and experienceCommitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.Recent primary school-based leadership experience with evidence of exemplary teaching.Demonstrated commitment to Quality Catholic Education, CEWAs Vision for Learning and relevant teaching and learning frameworks, position statements and guidelines.Demonstrated commitment to taking personal responsibility for professional learning, growth and development.Excellent understanding of academic data and how to apply this to improve teaching and learning.Excellent knowledge and understanding of current issues and research in pedagogical practice.Excellent knowledge and understanding of current issues and research in school improvement processes and pedagogical practice.Highly developed facilitation and presentation skills.Highly developed interpersonal skills that can be employed to support school leadership teams on their school improvement journey and to work as part of a wider School Support Team.Current TRBWA registration and Working with Children Check.Further Information: Please refer to the Position Description for additional details.
