For a Workshop Procurement Assistant, Parts Coordinator, or Parts and Operations Coordinator interested in Ordering and collecting parts for servicing and repairs of the company fleet.Requires previous experience with heavy vehicle parts and good computer skillsSalary guide: $90000 - $100000Location: Darwin, NTA normal day includes:Working as part of a team and assisting with manual tasks as neededUtilizing computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, for various tasksHandling mid to high volume of phone calls with internal staff and suppliersMaintaining and organizing the internal parts/store, including stock control and inventoryOrdering and collecting parts and consumables for servicing and repairs of the company fleetUpdating and performing data entry for internal company documentation, such as Fleet Service spreadsheet and job card spreadsheetManaging bulk diesel for company use, including monitoring usage, obtaining quotes, and organizing deliveryYou will be working Monday to Friday 7am-5pm + Half Day Saturday.Your next employer is a reputable company, known for successful civil projects.
