Salary commensurate with experience + super + bonus incentive + moreSo, whats the job?Youll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our digital products by leading test strategies for mobile, web, and Salesforce platforms.Youll oversee day-to-day testing activities and provide technical guidance to QA testers.Youll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams to embed quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle.Youll help shape the direction of our quality engineering practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Youll work closely with the release team to ensure smooth releases and minimal disruption to users.And what are we looking for?Youll bring 5+ years experience as a Quality Engineer working on digital and web product development.Youll have at least 3 years experience in software test automation or software development, with at least one year in a leadership capacity.Youll demonstrate a strong understanding of web technologies, mobile apps, and modern testing frameworks (such as Selenium, Cucumber, or xUnit).Youll have experience in agile development environments, including developing test strategies and participating hands-on in quality engineering tasks.Youll bring expertise in scripting languages like Ruby or JavaScript, and a solid understanding of TDD/BDD practices.Youll have a track record of mentoring junior testers and driving adoption of quality engineering best practices.Youll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ideally, youll hold an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent qualification.So, why choose us?We value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability and determination.We have more than 2600 employees worldwide: were a global group of digital specialists, actuaries, marketers, doctors, nurses, case managers, claims specialists, finance experts and customer service professionals.
